Shipment Pre-Advice Air: Sent via fax or EDI the morning following late night air carrier departure. Document Forwarding Ocean: Original B/L and commercial documents forwarded via air courier within 3 working days after vessel sailing. Document Forwarding Air: Complete documents are required in order for the cargo to ship. Delayed Documents Ocean: If documents cannot be forwarded on schedule, a Delayed Document Notice (DDN) is sent to designated parties 5 days after vessel sailing and every 4 days thereafter.
