It will be necessary for each customer to assign a Systems Administrator who will be responsible for establishing user profiles for their staff. Your company must appoint a Systems Administrator. As of the above date, all demurrage, vacis, export re-deliveries, truckloading and truckunloading guarantees are required to be submitted through our website. The Addendum Reports option will NOT be available. The Tripoli Street Customer Service Package will be available for the following INQUIRY functions only: * Booking History Inquiry * Freight Release History Inquiry * Chassis History Inquiry * Container History Inquiry * Gate Inquiry (Prior to July 14, 2005) All data entry and updates pertaining to the above functions should be performed using the Fleet Street Customer Service Package.
