CRIST Sp. z o.o. "CRIST" company was established in 1990 by two engineers Mr. Ireneusz wirko and Mr. Krzysztof Kulczycki. Since early days of activity CRIST company has been involved in shipbuilding and shiprepair market. Today as a reliable and experienced shipbuilder we can offer wide range of shipbuilding and shiprepair services. Our crew consists of well experienced engineering staff and professional shipbuilders. CRIST company with about 400 employees cooperates with various shipyards and shipowners. DAMEN, MAASKANT, WERFF&VISSER, BODEWES, HOEKMAN SHIPYARD - these are our customers from Holland; from Germany - SIETAS SHIPYARD, MEYER WERFT; from Iceland - OSEY, SOLBBAKI, SAMHERJI, Mc GREGOR from Denmark and Sweden; ALUSTAL, NICON STEEL from Denmark; from Faroes Islands P/F TORSHAVNA; PIRIOU from France; from Norway - UMOE STERKODER, FLEKKEFJORD SHIPYARD, WESTCON, LEIRVIK, HAMWORTHY, Danish fisherman and their fishing vesselsand of course the Polish Shipyards and Polish shipowners as well. Our lofting and technology department covers production needs in scope of lofting and warkshop drawings. Year 1993: two (2) fishing vessels partly equipped for Damen Shipyard (Holland), rebuilding of M/S Penelope - construction and assemble of acid tanks - in co-operation with Remontowa Shipyard in Gda sk, hull blocks of container vessels for Sietas Shipyard in Hamburg, two (2) fishing vessels partly equipped for Norwegian Owners. Year 1994: six (6) push boats partly equipped for Damen Shipard (Holland), two (2) fishing beam trawlers partly equipped for Maaskant Shipyard in co-operation with Northern Yard, hull blocks for Sietas Shipyard in Hamburg, various shiprepair works in scope of hull reconditioning and piping renewal in co-operation with Nauta Yard and Remontowa Shipyard. Year 1995: reconditioning of fishing vessel for Icelandic Owner, one (1) stancarrier vessel partly equipped for Damen Shipyard (Owner - Tunisian Coast Guard ) one (1) fishing trawler for Norwegian owner in co-operation with Nauta Shipyard, hull blocks for Sietas Shipyard (Hamburg), complete overhaul of river dredger - Polish Owner, two (2) hulls of container vessels in co-operation with Northern Shipyard. Year 1996: one (1) partly equipped fishing vessel for German Owner, rebuilding of tanker vessel "Petrotroll" in co-operation with Remotowa Shipyard in Gda sk, reconditioning of tanker vessel "Allegre" in co-operation with Remontowa Shipyard, rebuilding of two ferry vessels "Prince of Scandinavia" and "Princess of Scandinavia" in co-operation with Remontowa Shipyard, hull blocks for Sietas Shipyard, Hamburg, one (1) partly equipped hull for Icelandic Owner.
