Navitrans Spolka z o. o. was established in 1992 offering services in the area of shipping and forwarding a wide assortment of export and import goods. In May 1999, to meet the requirements of our clients, we established a Customs Agency offering full customs services, starting from preparing SAD documents, notifying and organizing customs procedures through filling out CMR, TIR and ATA carnets. Thanks to our many years of co-operation with the Gdansk and Gdynia harbour we are able to organize and execute customs clearance, reducing the expenses of our Clients on transport further into the country or abroad. Our company is one of the leaders in the amount of handled cargo, just after such leaders as companies handling solid or liquid fuel or metallurgical goods. We operate within Gdansk and Gdynia harbours. The Company Board of Directors and headquarters are located at the Company seat. We have local offices in the area of the Gdansk harbour (in the following trans-shipment zones: WOC, Wislany, Basen Gorniczy). In the area of the Gdynia harbour we have two local posts, including one in the Container Terminal zone. Navitrans Spolka z o. o. is managed by the Board of Directors, including the General Manager (being at the same time the President of the Board of Directors) and Deputy General Manager (being at the same time the Vice President of the Board of Directors). Our experienced, highly qualified and stable staff, capable to adjust to the Clients' needs, is a strong asset of our Company, ensuring professional and efficient handling of the entrusted goods. Our membership in the Polish Association of International Forwarding Agents ensures reliability of our services. We co-operate with the largest Polish and foreign enterprises in chemical and agricultural line of the business, such as ZAP, ZAT, ZAW, HELM, NORSK HYDRO, etc. Our Partners and Clients consider us a dynamic, reliable and trustworthy company. We strive to provide services attractive both as to their quality and price. The Company objects include shipping and forwarding, loading broker services and advisory services in the area of transport and forwarding. The scope of our forwarding services includes loading and unloading of goods, storage, distribution and customs clearance. Navitrans Spolka z o. o. annually handles over a million tons of various cargoes in Gdansk and Gdynia harbours. The goods include, but are not limited to: chemical fertilizers (unitized, liquid or in bulk); chemicals (solid and liquid - including hazardous substances); coffee and cocoa (raw or processed); container cargo; metal scrap; concentrated fodder. We are offering attractive and competitive terms and conditions of co-operation. Each Client may negotiate individual prices and principles of co-operation. To improve the quality of our forwarding and transport services we have established own Customs Agencies in Gdansk and Gdynia. We believe that our own extended offer will give rise to a greater interest in our services in the area of foreign trade.
