Business. To give you an idea of what we do. Our daily routines include; - Chartering cargoes overseas, with emphasis on Dry Cargo, Reefer and Ammonia (NH3). World Wide upto / including Panamax size. - Chartering in of vessels on timecharter for clients to perform their liner sailing commitments. - Calculating sea freights to support clients to buy or sell their goods. - Giving and/or obtaining freightcovers to "the trade". - Developing Sale and Purchase of ships and shipping related craft and/or equipment. - Consultancy on any shipping and chartering related business, including opinions on shipping law, documents and contracts. - "Shopping around" on the various markets. - Expanding and maintaining our valuable "network" of connections. - Collecting market information and relevant shipping and trading news. - And obviously following up all the paperwork on fixtures and "deals". Some recent/running contracts include gas shipments of Ammonia (NH3) ex Black Sea, bulkfertilizer shipments from inland production site in Russia upto the various seaports for export, all on vessels also fixed by us. Another example is the export of pigiron ex Black Sea and the Baltic to various destinations in the Med/N. Europe. The trade is developed further. We have recently done a study on a fruit/vegetable project to be developed. Details cannot be disclosed at this stage for obvious reasons. Reefer business. Ever since 1965 we have been active one way or the other in various Reefer projects. We therefore know the "scene" from the inside, wich is a must to get the relevant information and support on (your?) new business to be developed. A selection of partcargospace on tramp vessels For years and years already we follow closely free space on tramp ships, having booked cargoes from A to B with space left under/on deck. You may benefit from it, and are invited to quote us your orders. Port of Rotterdam. We are part of a big chain. The Port of Rotterdam counts for a couple of links. We are well established and know our way about in the port and portrelated services and are always at your service to help you out, finding your way 'round. Just ask for it. We have recently introduced a delegation from the first private port in India. The Port of rotterdam is actively expanding her international netwerk of contacts in the fields of heavy Industry and Servicing/Distribution Industry. We are member of various business related foundations and clubs. We entered into membership of The Bimco organisation in 1976 and we find its work very valuable to the entire shipping and chartering community. Bimco develops new and improves older shipping documents, gives information on numerous relevant topics concerning our business and supports the shipping scene regulary with relevant courses and advice and warnings. Membership at the same time helps us in enhancing our network. Stevedores and Warehousers. We are always on the alert for new business proposals of any kind, and are pleased to assist in obtaining Stevedoring rates/cost for Heavy Lift, Bulk and/or General cargo operations.
