The program is for Skeeter retail customers who purchase their boats from authorized Skeeter dealers. Only Skeeter boats whose primary power is a Yamaha outboard are eligible. Second owners of used Skeeter Boats are eligible provided the new owner’s name has been warranty registered with Yamaha and Skeeter. Authorized Skeeter Boat dealers, Yamaha Dealers, employees of authorized Skeeter Yamaha dealerships or persons employed by Skeeter Boats or Yamaha Motor Corporation are not eligible to participate in the program. Skeeter / Yamaha State Team Members are eligible for this program. Skeeter / Yamaha pros, guides and those individuals who have received a promotional discount of any kind on their Skeeter / Yamaha package are not eligible to participate in this program. Skeeter Yamaha boats are eligible in the program for three years from the original warranty registration date. Owner’s name must be on both the Skeeter and Yamaha warranties at the time of the win. Proof of ownership will be required during the processing of the ReelMoney claim. The warranty period only establishes eligibility; it does not determine the length of the promotion period. Owners must fish and win from their own Skeeter / Yamaha boat throughout the tournament in order to be eligible for the ReelMoney bonus. The ReelMoney bonus will be awarded to the qualified Skeeter owner who is the single overall winner of an eligible tournament. Big fish awards, ties, and winners decided by chance are not eligible. The tournament director is the authority determining the tournament winner. ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters will determine final bonus eligibility and payment authorization. Owners can win up to two $1,000 ReelMoney bonuses per program year. Third and consecutive verified wins are tallied in each of seven regions (sales territories). The top winner in each region will be included in a drawing for the ReelMoney Grand Prize. Wins to count toward the Grand Prize must be received by ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters no later than December 31, 2004. The drawing for the Grand Prize will take place on March 15, 2005. The 2004 Grand Prize is a trip for two to the 2005 BASS Masters Classic. Dealer Dozen Each Authorized Skeeter dealer can pick up to 12 individual Tournaments for sanctioning by his dealership. Dealers must submit requests to ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters at least 30 days prior to tournament start date. Tournament Headquarters will fax or email a list of eligible tournaments to the requesting dealer upon request. Eligible tournaments will also be posted on Skeeter’s Web site www.skeeterboats.com. Owner’s Choice In addition to the Dealer Dozen selections, each participating Skeeter owner, who meets program criteria, can pick one tournament of his or her choice to submit for eligibility. All requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to tournament date. Owner’s Choice tournament requests are to be submitted directly to ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters by the owners. Tournaments must originate and finish in the United States. 3. Individual entry tournaments, draw, saltwater, team, and buddy tournaments must have a minimum of 60 registered and competing anglers. Concurrent tournaments, where two or more take place at the same time and allow entrants in each to use the same fish for both weigh-ins, are not eligible. Skeeter Owners’ tournaments and Skeeter Jamboree do not qualify for the program. 4. Tournaments will lose their eligibility if they do not meet the ReelMoney program requirements. Tournament records will be required to verify the number of registered, competing participants. Payment of the $1,000 ReelMoney bonus is subject to verification of all information submitted on the claim form. ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters’ decision is final in deciding which tournaments are eligible for the program and in determining payment of the $1,000 bonus and the validity of any and all claims under this program. Official claim forms must be filled out completely – and notarized by a notary public – then mailed to ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters within 30 days of the tournament win in order to be considered for the bonus. No exceptions will be allowed. It is the owner’s responsibility, not the tournament director or Skeeter dealer, to submit the completed claim form. Allow 6 – 8 weeks for processing claims. Claim forms may be obtained only from Authorized Skeeter dealers. Skeeter Boats, Yamaha Outboards, ReelMoney Tournament Headquarters or any of the involved agencies are not responsible for lost, postage due, late, illegible or misdirected claims. Skeeter Boats and Yamaha Outboards will file a miscellaneous Income Form 1099, in conformity with IRS regulations, for each paid bonus, with a copy mailed to each participant for the appropriate tax year. Taxes due on the value received are each owner’s responsibility. By participation in this program, winners agree to allow the use of their names and / or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without further compensation.
