Warehousing is undertaken subject to the standard conditions of the United Kingdom Warehousing Association 1994 Shipping and forwarding is undertaken subject to the standard trading conditions of the British International Freight Association 2000. Road haulage is undertaken subject to the standard conditions of the Road Haulage Association Conditions of Carriage 1998 or CMR if appropriate. Ship agency and shipbroking is undertaken subject to the conditions of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. Copies of the above Conditions can be obtained upon request.
