Our staff has detailed knowledge of local regulations and international conventions. We keep sufficient manpower and facilities to provide effective agency service 24 hours a day. Since it was formed Vensport has provided high quality ship agency service to over 30,000 vessels calling Venezuelan Oil, Gas, and Chemical ports. Our main objective is to make the ship's completion time the shortest possible, paying close attention to identifying areas where cost can be reduced. Vensport has been adapting all its procedures to the ISO-9000-2000 quality effort, in order to achieve higher standards of ship agency service. After three years of creating and implementing an effective quality system we have recognize its value by measuring the level of deviations in our procedures.
