There are no restrictions to enter or sail after sunset, but pilots are not available after sunset. Oil tankers are able to berth only when one hour before beginning of North/East current. Radio Pratique and Sanitary Inspection: Available Limitation 10.60 metres Shore Gears Minor Repair Facilities:Small repairs can be undertaken except at Cosmo Oil Berth. Grain Fitting: Available from Sakaide. Hold Cleaning: Available except washing down. Floating Cranes: Available from Kure. Log Gangs: Available (Max. 10 gangs) Water Supply Available from shore (20t/hr.) at Cosmo Oil Berth and other wharves by barge (60t) Bunkers Domestic and bonded oil are available at Matsuyama Quarantine Anchorage. Tugs 1 x 3,400 HP. 1 x 2,600 HP. (Naikai Tugboat Service Co.) Lightening Possible Necessity of Oil Fence for Supertanker's Berthing Necessary (Oil fence shall be provided by Cosmo Oil) Shipchandlers Provisions and stores can be obtained.
